Called one of the “Best Ice-Skating Rinks in the U.S.” by The TODAY Show, The Union Square Holiday Ice Rink—located in San Francisco’s iconic Union Square Park—is a premier location for outdoor ice skating. The rink has been an enduring holiday tradition for over 12 years because it appeals to everyone—male and female, big and small, young and old—with more than 79,000 people coming out to skate (and over 370,000 spectators!) every year.

The Winter Park at Civic Center

The Winter Park at Civic Center —nestled among San Francisco cultural institutions like Davies Symphony Hall, The Asian Art Museum, the San Francisco Public Library and, of course, City Hall—is the first attraction of its kind in the United States. The 100’ x 60’ ice rink is evolving into an adventure park on ice over the next few years, weaving 1,400 feet of ice through a lighted tree forest.
